Tabitha Allen-dRaft
Founder and executive director
Tabitha Allen-Draft is a CODA (Child Of Deaf Adults) with a deep understanding and passion for the Deaf and CODA community. Tabitha is the only hearing person in an all Deaf family- including her parents, grandparents, and younger sister.
Tabitha is well known for her active role in the Deaf community, and has a heart for helping others. She has a proven track record of advocating for the Deaf and bridging the gap between the hearing and Deaf worlds. Being raised as the only hearing person in her home, she knows firsthand the experiences and needs of Deaf families and children.

In three months time alone, we are proud to have made a tremendous impact in the Deaf community. We have serviced 42 Deaf families with household sizes ranging from 3-9 individuals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have acted quickly to uphold our mission,doing so with heart.
